What we do
North West Regional Landcare supports sustainable farming and healthy environments, working to make our farms, communities, and natural spaces economically and environmentally sound.
We empower communities across North West NSW through education, advocacy, and partnerships to create a thriving, resilient natural environment for future generations.

Inclusive Landcare for All
North West Regional Landcarers are committed to providing equal opportunities to all members, volunteers, and staff, regardless of background or identity.
We actively promote diversity across our membership, leadership, and volunteer network, recognising that inclusion strengthens our ability to care for the land and communities we serve.
We deeply respect the knowledge, culture, and history of Aboriginal people as the original and ongoing custodians of the land across the North West.
We are committed to building meaningful partnerships with local Aboriginal representatives, inviting First Nations People to deliver Welcome to Country at major events, engaging Aboriginal contractors in on-ground work, and supporting Aboriginal-owned businesses wherever possible.
All our events begin with an Acknowledgment of Country and, where appropriate, a reflection on the local Aboriginal history.
